In General
This home is situated on one of the most private streets in Cape Coral.
The architecture is best described as a combination of French with a Palm Beach flavor
consisting of very graceful lines, palladian style windows and crisp relief outlining
windows and coins on front corners. The exterior is soft gray with white trim. The
foundation elevation of the home is 10', well above that required by National Flood
Insurance, allowing for considerable insurance savings.
The house is equipped with a central vacuum system and 5" wood crown moulding
and baseboards throughout. Real marble floors are used through all
hallways, kitchen, and baths. This statuary style marble is white with pale gray veining.
Carpet is plush Philadephia.
Insulation in this home is phenomenal - 2" of styrofoam
insulation on the exterior concrete block walls and 1" of insulation on interior of
concrete block. All interior walls are insulated as well. The ceiling contains 8" of
rolled insulation and another 1" of blown insulation. The home qualifies as a
"Good Cents" home by Lee County Electric Coop. There are two air
conditioning units designed so that two bedrooms and baths can be closed off when not in
use. There are two hot water units - one exclusively for the kitchen and master bath. The
pool and spa are heated by an extremely efficient gas system.
The garage is oversized, double with an automatic door opener and houses a drop
down stairstep attic door, custom cabinets and extra space for freezers and other
equipment. The entrance from the garage to home is via a concrete ramp which facilitates
entry for the handicapped as well as for moving of large furniture.

guava tree located in the grass island. Automatically timed architectural
lighting spaced throughout the yard lends a very dramatic effect.
